STUDENT
WELLBEING PROGRAM

Our mission is to empower young individuals to explore and uncover the unique sources of happiness that lie within themselves.

By inspiring awareness, fostering gratitude, and empowering leadership, we aim to guide them towards embracing their present and positively impacting themselves and the world around them.

Inspiring Awareness

Fostering Gratitude

Empowering Leadership

Approximately 25% of young Australians aged 16 to 24 experience a mental health disorder in any given year, as reported by the Australian Government's National Survey of Mental Health and Wellbeing. Gratitude practices have been shown to improve mental health by promoting positive emotions, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.

“I just want to say a huge thank you for giving Maitland this amazing opportunity. The photos and stories she has shared are proof that she has gained a lot more out of this immersion that she expected. She wants to go back! So not only are you doing awesome things for the community of Malbago, but inspiring young people to appreciate what they have and think of others. Awesome.”
